What kind of transfer vehicles do you use?

We use vans and private cars for transfers.

It is a fleet of the latest vehicle models, regularly cleaned, maintained and serviced, as well as managed by professional, trained and friendly staff.

The entire transfer fleet is intended for the transport of passengers and equipped with all the necessary safety features.

What are the differences between private and shared transfer?

GoCosy offers a wide range of transfer services throughout Slovenia and the surrounding area.

The Private transfer is a fully private transfer sevice. You are able to select your preferred departure or arrival time during booking, and the price is confirmed immediately.

The Shared transfer offers a cost-effective transportation option on our standard routes. Passengers with similar travel time preferences are grouped together in the same vehicle.

How will I recognize a GoCosy vehicle?

Be sure that you can easily identify all GoCosy vehicles. The reason is that all our vehicles are branded.

Also, you will be informed about transfer details before transfer service. Additionally, you can contact your driver if you need any assistance.

Are you providing a child seat?

Yes, and be sure to select an appropriate child seat during reservation process.

What is the luggage allowance?

Each passenger is permitted to bring 1x hand luggage weighing up to 4kg and 1x cabin luggage weighing up to 10kg (with dimensions of 55x40x23 cm). Additional baggage can only be transported if declared during the booking process, with options for luggage up to 20kg (maximum dimensions of 70x57x32 cm) or luggage up to 32kg (maximum dimensions of 93x76x42 cm).

Can you transport larger special luggage?

We can transport special luggage as long as it does not exceed the maximum dimensions of 132 x 73 x 18 cm. Please declare any special luggage during the final step of the purchase. If the special luggage exceeds the maximum dimensions, we regret that we will be unable to transport it.

Are pets allowed?

For safety reasons, pet transportation is only possible with a Private GoCosy transfer, and under surveillance of pet owner.
If you wish to travel with your pet, please contact us before GoCosy transfer purchasing.

Please note that GoCosy Operations Department may refuse your pet transfer if it is considered unsafe or impossible due to the pet’s type, size, condition, or our transport capacity. Also, please ensure that animals are securely placed in an appropriate animal transport box and always travel in the company and under the supervision of their responsible owner.
